I have been a FULL-TIME Real Estate Professional since 1989 with 34 years of Experience!  I studied Business Administration in College and also received several Designations that include the CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, the GRI-Graduate of the Realtors Institute, SFR-Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist. I live in the beautiful City of Fredericksburg, Virginia and in addition to serving  Fredericksburg, I also serve Stafford, Prince William, Spotsylvania, King George, Westmoreland, Culpeper, Orange and Madison Counties. I am a Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Virginia Association of Realtors and our Local (FAAR)-Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors! There is no substitute for Experience!!
